③ It is impossible to find the above-mentioned suitable position as a gate. If the design permits, a small injection molded part that can act as a barrier and reduce the cavity space can be placed in the cavity. This can not only solve the problem of streaks, but also because of the reduced cavity space, the problem of weld marks due to excessive volume will also be improved. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for injection molding with large volume.
④When conditions permit, a post with a diameter of 4 to 5 mm or more can be drawn from the injection molded part as a transition, and then gated from the end of the post.
Through the above measures, combined with the machine adjusting technique and various related measures, the problem of welding marks of thick PVC parts is also easily solved accordingly, and this method is also applicable to the water of other thick and hard plastic parts. Solve the problem of streaks and welding marks.
If none of the above four points can be achieved, this problem can only be solved by adjusting the machine and changing the flow channel.
